Bejaarde vrouw slaat man dood met wandelstok

UKKEL - Een bejaarde vrouw in het Belgische Ukkel heeft zondagmorgen haar 88-jarige echtgenoot gedood met een wandelstok. De vrouw kon het niet meer aanzien dat haar man sterk aftakelde. Dat berichtte de Belgische omroep VRT.
Volgens de 80-jarige vrouw lag haar man al enkele uren op de grond en had hij de kracht niet meer om op te staan. Ze kon het lijden van de man niet meer aan en sloeg hem daarom tientallen keren met een wandelstok. Daarna ging ze slapen.
Toen ze opstond, trof ze naar eigen zeggen haar echtgenoot aan in een plas bloed. De vrouw is gearresteerd.
